So much excitement in the air this week. Yesterday I manages to avoid all the trick or treaters. Today there is the Hindi festival of lights, Diwali, my friend Tim is enjoying that tonight. On the weekend there is going to be total chaos in Rusholme. Not only is there the Platt Lane Bonfire but also it is Eid which a three day feast celebrating the end of Ramadan.
Also a couple of friends, Anna and Emma who I went to Durham Uni with, are leaving Manchester, having followed me here a couple of years back. Quite glad to see that they have dealt with there stalking issues and are moving on. But seriously I will be sad to see them go, I’ll miss my couple of extra shadows. Ok seriously now, they have been really good friends to me and I’m sure they will continue to be. Emma’s have a leaving do and a prayer send off, we prayed for Anna on the weekend which was good.
