And so it begins with a very open game allowing for plenty of goals and a couple of belters. I got back in time to just miss the first goal but to see the rest of the match. I’m pretty chuffed that the weather has held out for the weekend. I reckon I’ll get properly excited about the England game tomorrow morning, but it’s usual that I don’t get too excited until things are right on top of me. The bosses at work have drapped the call centre with a plethora of national flags and introduced a number of World Cup related incentives. If they offered a trip to the Swe-Eng game then I would get motivated!
