So I’ve moved again, after the longest static spell/dwell in Manchester for me yet - one whole year in the same house. We have schlepped my stuff a whole half a mile down the down to live with my friend Sally.
Other news:
- I must go to a bar tonight to check out the smoking ban in action.
- Fran is doing much better, but still isn’t home from her sister’s yet
- I’ve been driving my manager’s car at work recently to do odd jobs, and I’m liking it.
Congratulations on your latest house move.
Do you sometimes ring the wrong doorbell when you forget where you live?
Love to Fran.
for me, when i move, its more a case of making sure i get on the right bus back from town..its a longer trek from the 85 to the 111 than you might think matso..beware!
I didn’t think I had any commenters these days. Cool, lovely to have you here.
hey matt…how’s it going ol boy..seems wierd you not walking past the front window on your way to and from freedom tues-fridays…and the girls (charis and lucy) have been pondering your whereabouts.
hope you are enjoying sal’s, the sunshine and all things summery.
love to fran

Tis strange not to there, but don’t worry I haven’t forgotten the girls’ names quite yet.
Hope that you are enjoying the recent appearance of the sunshine. Maybe we should come over for a cup of tea or something sometime soon?
you and your good lady are welcome for a cup of tea any time matt…the decking is very inviting in the sunshine and i have a nice new teapot!
(i didnt mean to offend you regarding the addition of cazmo and lucy’s names in brackets….the only reason i did so was to clarify which girls exactly had been pondering your whereabouts…as in, not myself, hannah flint, coley, anna hayward etc (although to be fair, i dont really think we can legitimately call ourselves girls anymore!!))
I wasn’t offended and you can call yourselves girls if you want to.
