so yesterday as we sat on the train, the final 15 minutes of our 12+ hour journey home, i read an article about a ‘light cafe’ here in stockholm. some people here have prescriptions for light therapy… so there’s this cafe in town which is quite bright.. you get this white robe thing to put on so you are white as well, cell phones are banned and it seems quite chilled. i’ll have to check it out. guess there’s another reason to come to stockholm…

I have that problem as well - but I’m going to Melbourne, Australia to live in 6 weeks time - so hopefully that should solve the problem.
