After enjoying our fajita-seasoned veggie kebabs on the disposable barbie we decided to treat ourselves to desert. Vanilla ice-cream and barbecued mango.
Spiced Chargrilled Mango
- Dust mango slices with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Place on the hot barbecue.
- Cook until they start to caramelise on both sides.
- Serve with vanilla icecream.
Nb: remember to wipe/scrape the barbecue before cooking the mango.
