Sit in the corner and read!

It looked for a while that I was not going to be able to make a trip to Ireland but with a little help from aerlingus it has all worked out; Thursday, I fly.  Looking forward to what should be a great break from Manchester.

I still off work.  Recent dizzy spells mean that I’m just not fit to go back to work fully yet.  This is not good for the bank account, not good at all.

The fatigue leaves you all kind of miserable and pathetic; I’m bored.  Finished another book, Vernon God Little.  It kept me interested and sympathised with the characters, however that undermined the book’s comedy.  Recommended, but not highly.  I need another book to read.

Not much to say.

Went back to work yesterday, and I struggled through leaving myself pretty shattered today. Haven’t heard anything from the nurse and will probably have to phone in for results. Hopefully, I am off to Ireland next week, should be a wonderfully restful first trip to the country. Plans are to sit, read and chat.

Fatigued and Feeble

The doctor didn’t have much to say and just said I should come back in for tests. Possibly got a virus, and further possibility of something nasty and contagious hiding under the general feelings of exhaustion and weakness. Been warned not to ignore the recommended rest, eventhough I’m quick to bore, as otherwise I could end up getting a whole lot more than I want. No worries though, the tests will probably reveal me as the faker.

Hey, I can’t afford to be ill; flights can be cheap, not free.
